Valley of Clouds and Lightning

Located somewhere within the Land of Lightning's many mountain ranges is a valley called the Valley of Clouds and Lightning. It's a water-filled valley often covered in clouds. Within this valley is a hidden dark cavern where Killer B, the jinchuuriki of the Eight-Tails, will be training to gain control of the beast.
